I have downloaded Adobe Flash from the Hulu site as well as your site multiple times now.....even uninstalling the present one and reinstalling....it shows as being installed on my programs and my Norton 360 allows it to be installed. However, when I go

I have downloaded Adobe Flash from the Hulu site as well as your site multiple times now.....even uninstalling the present one and reinstalling....it shows as being installed on my programs and my Norton 360 allows it to be installed.  However, when I go back to Hulu, I get the same message.  Have never had this happen before and been using both for years.  I have also tried restarting after installing, but that does not help.  PLEASE HELP me!  Would be best if I could actually talk with someone.  I am past frustration!
