Adobe Flash Player will not install completely on my Mac

Every time I try to install Adobe Flash Player on my Mac (version 10.10.2), it stops at 25% (which is strange because it initially used to stop on 30%). I've tried all of the troubleshoot options and it still stops at 25%.

I do not have ANY Adobe folders on my computer (in Application Support folder) or anywhere else. Thus, I do not have any previous versions of Adobe Flash Player on my computer. This is very frustrating..........
