I accidentally hit the wrong button after 100 updates (why do they have to ask everytime there is a new update)  , so now I need to fix it back so I can control when it updates.  Please does anyone know how to change it back?

You have to be in an Administrator account not a Standard account.

Click on Start, then click on Control Panel, (be sure View is set to Large Icon), click on the Flash Player icon. That will bring up the Flash Player control panel.

Click on the Updates tab. Now you can set the method of allowing updates.
