Hi there ... I've packaged up Presetnter 10 32-bit using the Creative Cloud Packager, however upon attempting an install it is failing with an error 1603 which seems to be related to a custom action in the MSI.

CustomAction CADeploy returned actual error code 1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)

MSI (s) (98:8C) [12:26:51:858]: User policy value 'DisableRollback' is 0

MSI (s) (98:8C) [12:26:51:858]: Machine policy value 'DisableRollback' is 0

Action ended 12:26:51: InstallFinalize. Return value 3.

Thanks,

Ken

  1. I would suggest you to please remove Adobe Presenter and its older components completely . Delete the left over files and folders manually for Presenter.
  2. Disable the Firewall and Start up items.
  3. Reboot the machine and follow the steps mentioned above to create a package and deploy it .
  4. If you still face any issue then please send me a installation logs as private message .

Regards,

Rajeev.
