Flash Player install freezing at 25% or 30%

I see two other people have flash player freezing at 25% and 30% - me too.

Hi this will help you install the Update it worked excellent on my Mac Book pro i hope it is useful.

I've had this issue on previous flash updates and spent ages trawling through the internet for the answer. This worked perfectly and took no time at all!
