Instillationen stopper ved 30%

Ja, jeg har prøvet er par gange nu at opdatere mit flash player, i starten stoppede det og det var fint nok så prøvede jeg en anden dag, men nu vil det slet ikke. Den bliver ved med at  stoppe installationen, hvor jeg så starter forfra, men den stopper hver gang på 30% og det fryser den bare fast.

Jeg har prøvet at vente en halv time, men den bliver på de 30%

Jeg håber i kan hjælpe mig.

I'm assuming you're using OS X, if so, we would appreciated it if you can confirm the following:

• Are you using anti-virus software, if so, if you stop/exit the anti-virus software, does the installation proceed?
• Does the hang occur when during the download part of the installation, as in this screenshot:

If the above does not work, please try the offline installer, posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Mac page, in the 'Still having problems' section.
