I’m trying to update the flash player on my Mac. It will only download 30%. I uninstalled it and tried again and it still freezes at 30%.

Hello

In safari go to Preferences, Security, press button "Manage settings websites" and Always allow for Adobe Flash Player.

Restart your browser and try Youtube or any site that requires Flash Player.

@Bakat

You're suggestion is for issues viewing Flash content.  These users are having issues INSTALLING Flash Player, not the same thing.
