I have accessed all the trouble shooting sites and followed the advice given but still cannot get the latest version of Flashplayer to download completely onto my Mac Yosemite. The install stops at 27% and will go no further

I cannot get Flashplayer to continue downloading...it stops at 27% every time despite trying several times now which makes me wonder if it is a bogus site?

Can you please provide screenshots or the file name when you attempted to download. Link to the url etc, will help also identify if it was a pirate site or not.

Thanks,

Thanks but I have now been given the correct site to access (by Chris Campbell) and have managed to download the Flashplayer No17 immediately ... strange!

Hello,

This morning we resolved a problem that prevented Flash Player installations from completing for some of our Macintosh users.

If you encountered this problem, please delete any previously downloaded Flash Player installer and either:

  1. Download the installer again from https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer, OR
  2. Download the stand-alone installer posted at the bottom of the http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-mac.html in the ‘Still having problems’ section.

If the behaviour reproduces, please clear the browser's cache and try downloading again.

Thank you.

I got it this afternoon.  I went to Youtube and I was able to click on a different download version apparently and it worked perfectly.  Maybe it was already resolved by the Adobe admins by that time.  Anyway thanks to all the Adobe people for getting this fixed.
