Flash won't download

Can you please provide your configuration details of the machine that is being used for download Flash Player. Can you also share some screenshots of the file that gets downloaded.

Thanks for the response. I did an uninstall of the old Flash drive and was

then able to do a clean install. It is now working.

Hello-I am also having problems installing Shockwave Flash Object(Flash player)either version 17 or 18. However, I can play movies or other video on Comcast/Xfinitty. I wonder if I should  continue with the uninstall/clean install anyway? Thanks.
