Adobe after effect/bundle question

‌Hello!

I am new to the Adobe community and i just have a quick question. I am looking into buying Adobe after effects and I don't remember but I think it comes in a bundle. After I buy it and it goes onto my pc is that it or can I put it on my new pc when i get it? I plan on geting a new pc soon and I am just not sure if this is like word where I have to buy it again for my new pc or if when I get this I can put it on what ever pc I want?
