I recently purchased a new computer. My tech service did a mirror image to this computer from my old computer. I have four books from the AMA that I utilize frequently. When I tried to utilize these books Adobe digital editions said authorization needed. I put my Adobe ID in as my e-mail address associated with this account. Also put in the password associated with account and it gave me the message: The vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you're trying to open. Try again. I don't know what else to do at this point. I had contacted Adobe earlier and was given the advice to do ctrl+shift +D but all that he had was give me a place to insert a note and did not do the deactivation that he said it would. Please advise me know where to go from here. I utilize these books all the time.
Error message suggests that the authorization that you have on your machine does not match the authorization that you used during the download of the book
You need to enter the correct authorization that was used during book download.
