Unable to access partner dash board/my sites etc on paid service

I have been trying to access the partner dash board/my sites etc area on the partner portal. when prompted to sign in with my email and password i am asked to pick a site to administer. When doing so it redirects me to a 404 message.

The only time i have had access to this was when i first created the account and made payment.

Any help would be appreciated
