the computer has been authorized and re-download the ebook from kobo,( reset the license already). But still doesn't work.

Hi, I did everything as the link said.
Contact with Kobo, reset the license and download the book twice, but still doesn't work.
Should I erase the authorize computer and do it again? But I am afraid if I do so, the account would be useless anymore. I only have one device and one account.
REALLY need your help. The book I need to read is very important for my coming course.Thanks a lot.

Hello,
"E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER" error comes when you previously downloaded the book with some authorization credentials in ADE.
Now again if you try to download the book from same download link but current ADE authorization is different, you will receive this error.
Solutions:
1. Make sure ADE is authorized with same credentials, as it was authorized when book was downloaded for the first time.
Then this error will not come.
or
1. Contact your ebook provider mentioning the problem, and get a new download link for the same.

Thanks for replying. I imported the book successfully at first time. Because I don’t have an Adobe ID. So I choose “I want to Authorize my computer without an ID”. I can read that book later. Then I created an Adobe ID and reauthorized ADE with it. The the problem popped up. I guessed the error message “E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER”__ That “USER”s ID should be the first time which I authorized without an Adobe ID. So how can I reset this. I contact with KOBO. They told me they already reset my book. But problem still remain. Please help me out. Thanks.
