I have one of the first Kobo Touch ereaders. I was using it easily with NetGalley and Digital Editions for around seven months and then when I went to read a book from NetGalley in February, it wouldn't let me open it on my device. I've just tried, yet again, with another title and this is message I get on my kobo:
Oops! This document couldn't be opened.
This document is protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management and is not currently authorized for use with your Adobe ID. Please sign in with the authorized Adobe ID and try again.
Both my computer and Kobo are authorized and with the same ID, at least, as far as I can tell. Checking the authorization for both gives me the same, long bunch of numbers and letters.
I did try deauthorizing and reauthorizing, to no avail.
If I've looked in the right spot, the edition I have is 2.0.1.78765. I did some research a little while ago and saw somewhere that Kobos do not support the most recent Digital Editions so I'm hesitant to update it.
Help is appreciated!
