On my mac I get messages that say "blocked plug in" and cannot view videos.  I get a prompt to update Adobe which I have done many times but I continue to get blocked plug in message.  Can you please advise?  Do I need to uninstall the old version of Adobe first?

Or try to use the offline installer http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/latest/help/install_flash_player_osx.dmg - save it to your disk, then quit all browsers and run the downloaded installer.

You write about videos, so I assume you are talking about Flash Player.

What is your installed Flash Player version?

I will try to find that out. Not sure where to look but will try to find it and get back to you. Thank you for responding

Hi pwillener, I think that worked.  I wasn't sure how to save it to my disk but I downloaded the above installer and I have been able to view all videos since without the "blocked plug in" alert.  THANK YOU!!
