Hi-I have a mac book pro, with yosemite 10.10.2. when i try to download adobe flashplayer, it starts downloading, then stops and says unable to download. i’ve had adobe on it before, not sure what is going on.

There was a Flash Player release today and several files have been updated.  Please try downloading again.  If you experience the same behavior, please clear the browser cache, as the old installer may be cached and is still downloading, and download the installer again.  If the issue persists after clearing cache and downloading again, please post the name of the file resulting in this behaviour.

Hi-It still won't download-the window is Adobe Flash Player Installer. It says adobe flash player:installation failed. Click 'finish' for further assistance.

To troubleshoot the installation failure please provide the install log files as noted in the Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on the Macintosh? FAQ using the instructions here How to share a document.    There will be a total of 4 files: install.log, FlashPlayerInstallManager.log, Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log.
