How can I take part of the results of the cfhttp.filecontent and display it?

RESULT=24&PNREF=V19N0CB3F7E7&RESPMSG=Invalid expiration date:

I want to take just the RESPMSG and use it as a conditional in a cfc block
and use it in a display.
