on my Mac when trying to install flash player my adobe password is never accepted even hough I have changed it three times--that is where the process ends--I have done all that is suggested to trouble shoot need help.

use MAC --have tried to install flash player many times and get as far as entering password and it will never accept my password even though I have changed it three times--I have tried all troubleshooting suggestions ---NEED help--already have Adobe AIR.  Thanks.
