Hello,
We are having problems downloading public library books on to our (kobo) ereaders. We have Adobe digital editions installed on our computer. But when the books are downloaded, they don't go to ADE. They seem to come out as PDF files, which doesn't then do anything except sit somewhere for 14 days and then disappear.
Can anyone help explain what we need to do to get the system working better? We had it working really well about a year ago and then we had a bad computer crash during a storm and it hasn't worked since.
