Hello,
I own a Sony Reader. Recently I purchased 2 ebooks and was unable to download them. I noticed they were ascm files and after doing a little research discovered that these files are not straight forward like epub files. While researching on how to address this issue, I was provided instructions concerning ADE and the instructions indicated that once I connect my device, it should appear in ADE in the left hand column, but it does not. I'm looking for assistance on addressing this issue.
