Step 2 Issue

After completing step 1 of the Adobe Flash update, installation, and clicking "Next," I come to step 2. Step 2 is an ad for some photo product. I cannot figure out how to by-pass the ad, if it is not step 2, and get to the actual step 2, or if it is step 2, to get to step 3 without having to buy the product. Can you help?
