This is message received every time I try to enter meeting room, although troubleshooting diagnosis says I am ready to connect.
"The Adobe Flash plugin has crashed. Reload the page to try again."

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Flash Player?
Have you tried a different browser?

Yes on both trying a different browser (Firefox and Safari) and unintsall reinstall. Any other suggestions?

I would try this to see if the full removal is needed. Uninstall Flash Player | Mac OS Then re-install Flash player and see if it works.
