I open a book without authorize my pc, then i did it and now i can't open anymore the book

Hello i regularlu purchase a book from a website and i open it without first authorize my computer device.

The next time i entered my adobe account and authorized my pc  but the book can no longer be read.

how can i fix it?

Contact you reseller for a new download. The eBook are linked with the empty authorize and could not so not open.
