Adobe Connect on Chromebook & displaying .pptx

I am using Adobe Connect on my Chromebook. My .pptx file does not load images in Adobe connect. Please help?

Try saving the file as a PPT before uploading.

I have tried both PPT and PPTX....neither loads the images...

hm, you may have to reinsert the images. The trick that has worked for me in the past is to right click on them and do the Save as image option. Save it as a jpeg (even if it is one already) and then re-insert the newly saved image.
