When I generate my help project in RoboHelp7 to either Flash or a .chm file the video does not display although the audio is fine. In RoboHelp everything looks okay. Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem?

Hi lharvey@sa15.state.fl.us and welcome to our community

You get audio but no video? How odd. Does the Captivate play fine otherwise, before you bring it into RoboHelp? I'm guessing that if you try, you will find the same issue there. I speculate this because there is nothing I'm aware of with RoboHelp that would cause only the video bits to drop out. Either it plays or it doesn't.

Also it may be worth checking the Flash player version. Try upgrading to the latest and greatest.

Cheers... Rick

The Captivate movies work fine everywhere. It's only after I compile and generate the actual help file that I lose the video portion. Maybe (probably) it's a Microsoft issue. I was hoping someone else had encountered this problem and found the solution.
