Hi i keep getting an adobe flash player pop up randomly whenever im surfing the web or when i click on a video to watch.

All of this started to happen when i downloaded Core Temp, it came with this GamesDesktop thing and i was up all night uninstalling and running hitmanpro, malwarebytes, and adwscan.

Can someone please help me remove this from my computer?

and is this the worm thing that i have on my computer? do i need to reset my router?

Hi,

You might have been using/downloaded an infected Installer [NOT provided by Adobe], Please Uninstall the software which led to this problem. Then, Use Uninstall Flash Player | Windows to clean up machine and then Install Flash Player for your specific browser from Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows Page.

See if this Helps.

Hi glennc49009213,

Can You please attach a screenshot [ How to post a screenshot in the forum ], followed by the steps you are performing while uninstalling Flash Player? As the Uninstaller we provide is a universal uninstaller, which works on both 32-bit and 64-bit Win-OS and should not prompt any user in either of the cases.
