Both Net Manager and .Exe fail during installation of Presenter 10 for Windows

I have received no help from Adobe. Both the online Net Manager, and the downloaded .Exe file fail to extract and install Presenter 10 to any destination I attempt.

‌nobody can tell you anything without proper system information and a more detailed explanation Like what you have actually tried already. Your post is too vague and generic.

Not a presenter problem, but now installed.

This was on a WIndows 8.1 machine. I finally found a directory it would install in without error, and the download, extraction, and installation is now complete.
