I bought illustrator with an anual plan, but it just don't work

I start paying for an anual plan of illustrator 2 months ago, but it just don't work since I started paying, everytime I open it, a window shows up saying ''A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify if a solution is available.'' I already uninstalled and installed again like 20 times and it still the same...

I didn't see from your post which version of Windows you are using.

Please also  be sure to verify that your system meets the minimum system requirements
