error message copy failing, no permission to copy book

using pc windows 8.1, digital editions 3, downloaded library books, trying to copy to sony prs-950sc reader.  get error message: copy failing, no permission to copy book.

tried to erase reader authorization, but that no longer works.

Please check the following:

1. Open the file in Adobe Digital Editions.

2. Go to File -> Item Info

Check under permissions, Printing permission

Thanks for your answer, my version of adobe editions don´t have that option. It´s only have for copy one page. ¿what can I do?
