Import avi into Captivate?

I have a series of avi videos I want to import into Captivate 7.  what is the easiest/best way to do that?

Choose the slide where you want a video, click Video > Insert Video?

Since these are in AVI format, Captivate will insist on transcoding them to FLV, so the Adobe Media Encoder will launch to handle the process. You may find that you dislike how the conversion occurs. If so, you will need to transcode them yourself using a different application.
