Win 7, Firefox 37, Flash 17.0, I cannot get Youtube videos to play.

I get a black screen with a loading wheel turning. On the bar on the bottom the stills are showing. I've also tried this in IE and get the same thing. This started about 3 weeks ago. Any ideas?

First, if you haven't rebooted since this started, do that first.
