      I have been trying to cancel my account for a year, but was told I would be charged 50% of my yearly fee. SO i waited until it ran out and FINALLY today was able to cancel it online via customer chat support, I got an email confirming it was being canceled. THEN I received an email telling me that "per my request" my account had been reactivated. THIS IS LITERALLY ILLEGAL. If I have been signed up for another year without my consent I will sue this company for all that it is worth, I am not going to deal with this again. Cancel my account immediately and remove my financial information from your system.
