Why isn't Adobe Digital Editions showing up on my Open with options?

I've been using Adobe Digital Editions to download books on my Nook. Currently it's not showing up on my Open with option like it used to. Now, "Diagnostics Utility for Internet  Explorer" shows up. All it is is a big blank screen. Is there anything I can do to get it back under my open with options. I redownloaded the program, but it still doesn't show up under my open with option."

Try drag and drop of files directly to ADE.
