Installing Flash Player Issues

Hi, I was trying to watch a video and it said to download flash player so i downloaded it and it was fine. However, when I installed it, after 5% it said that there was an issue. By the way, I am on Windows 8 and using Opera browser. Can anyone help?

Did you tried installing using below link ?
