Please let me know the version of operating system installed on you computer & also attach a screenshot of the error message that appears while opening the PDF form.
Could you please tell the version of Outlook that you are using ?
Please copy the URL and try accessing it in one of the browser if you still get any error message ?
It is also possible that the URL is broken and not accessible .
If possible could you please share the URL with us so that we could check at our end as well .
Also please update me about the OS you work on .
When I try to copy/paste the URL from the email to internet explorer, Adobe Reader opens the file without a problem.
The user is using Outlook 2013 on Windows 7 professional.
The file i tested with is http://www.boeing.com/commercial/aeromagazine/articles/qtr_02_10/pdfs/AERO_Q2-10_article02 .pdf

I replicated the same issue at my end with the same test link which you mentioned & didn't experience any issue. I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed on my computer so if you want you can try with Acrobat Reader DC & check if it works or not.

I've installed Adobe Reader DC on the user's computer today but the same problem occurs.
I've looked at the other thread and im not sure how WebDAV would be involved in this problem.
Any updates yet?
