I bought an e-book from kinige.com.  The website has provided me the link in the form of .acsm file.  When I tried to read the book thru ADE, I got an error message: Error! Check Activation.  On going through the discussion in the ADE forum, I came to know that the problem can be resolved by way of deauthorising my pc and reauthorising it again. However, I am facing difificulties again when I am trying to erase the authorisation, This time the error message displayed is: Unable to earse my authorization; Please try later.

So, can anybody help me to continue with the deauthorization process.
