In the Creative Cloud app , change the installation language to different English .
For Ex: English ( North America ) to English (International)
Then check with Apps tab.
If it still says install , instead of up to date , change back the settings .
Note : Let me know if you recently made to changes to Adobe directory under /library/Application Support/ Adobe.
Like removing or renaming Caps folder or Media.db file ?
