Can webapps be rendered on another BC site or email?

Hi, I'm wondering if it's possible to access webapps from one BC website, and render them on another site or in a newsletter?  I have a client who owns multiple restaurants with different names and sites, and I thought it would be very cool if there could be a daily or weekly specials newsletter that was dynamically populated with content each separate site.

I have some other ideas in mind where content would be beneficial to display across domains.  It seems to me that if both or all sites are hosted with BC, there should be a way to query this information.

I have used an iframe to show a web app content from one site to another site. Of course, that is very limited.
