Error - Check Activation on ADE

...I had the other PC activated with the same ID & pw first. Then I activated this one. ..but I am getting this error. ..so I deactivated the other one, and tried to reactivate under another ID/pw but could not. I still get this error on this one when ever I add the acsm file to the libray in ADE.
