Cancel membership?

I am so frustrated I could pull out every strand of hair on my head. I have followed the online instructions over and over and I keep going in circles. I need to contact a real person to help me cancel my membership, as all other tries have failed. But there doesn't seem to be a way to talk to a real person. Help!

I am in an infinite loop as well!!  I want to cancel. I have never been so frustrated on a site!
