Hitting E_STREAM_ERROR while trying to download ebook from Wiley

I've managed to get the ACSM file from Wiley but hit the above mentioned error while trying to download my ebook.

Hoping that you guys will be able to help me with this please.

This error comes when there is some problem with internet connection.

Please ensure your internet connection works fine.

Download the book again.

in fact I can download files, etc

Well,

I tried again this morning using the connection of my office,

and it worked...

Yesterday I was trying from home...

Anyway, this behaviour sounds strange... the connection of my office is faster, no doubt, but from home I could do everything on the web, except downloading that ebook...

I think something in the program doesn't work fine...
