Can not download adobe flash player

When I download adobe flash player "exe" file it appeares an error that the file can not be downloaded. Please help to find the answer.

Operating system is Windows XP,service pack 3,browser is Firefox 38.0.1,downloading flash player`s version is  17.0.0.188.Only I can not make the screenshotes about error.

Did you try the following Adobe website? Go down to the bottom where it says, "Still having problems?", and click on the link for Firefox.

I did not try.That link is on adobe.com?Because I can not find it.

Hi blinkins29,

We are aware that the online installer is not working on some XP systems and are working to resolve the issue.  In the meantime, please use the offline installer posted to the tech note that Andy links to.
