how do I upgrade my current version of Adobe Flash to Revision 17?

I am trying to upgrade Adobe Flash in order to run the Lumosity Program.  There is a very friendly process to do it.  I press "Download now" Step 1 of 3.  Then I press the "next" button for Step 2 of 3.  Then it says "Thank You"  Step 3 of 3 but there isn't a button to press to complete the process.  The screen only has an advertisement for "Creative Cloud Photography Plan."  What do I do to complete the software upgrade process?

The installer file downloads after step 1.  Please check the directory on your system that downloaded files are saved to and the installer should be in there.
