What do I do when I get locked out of Adobe Digital Editions for too many activations,

Was your problem soved in the mean time? It seems that the only way is to log into your account and ask for support via chat. I did this 4 days ago and still waiting for reply. Very frustrating. I did not have such problems with my Amazon Kindle.
