Hello!
I purchased an e-reader to be used with public library content, and thus it can read mobi, epub, adobe pdf and other files. It is on the list of compatible devices and yet it does not work. This is following the process of simply logging in and using adobe digital editions, and plug and play support, following all other instructions with the device. Also it continues not to work after using its own native software to sign in with this adobe ID, and yet I get no progress. Can I be helped?
