I reset my password but flash will not take user password

How can I check my user name?

My old hint is still coming up from initial install which I cannot remember. Also my User Name coming up has a space behind it?

Trying just to update program.

Is there any way to reset initial password. I still have the box. Perhaps reload the whole program or will this mess it up.
