I have Win 8.1 on my desktop computer with Explorer 11.  I have even uninstalled my Flash Player to try AGAIN to get the right player with NO luck at all.  I would totally give up on using player except my husband wants to use it.  I am at my wits end since I have tried and tried to get player to download correctly---  Now we have no player at all.  Any ideas??  Please help!
