How can I re-authorize my computer under my own Adobe ID?  My desktop got a virus and when I tried to use my E-reader on a laptop, it's saying that the laptop is not authorized to view the e-book.  I have changed my Adobe password and know that I am using the correct password.  Nothing is working and Sony said I needed to ask Adobe.
