Adobe Flash player installation application is froze and will not close on my mac.

the adobe flash play will not install on my Mac, it downloads to 5% and then stops and i cannot close the application. When i try to close the application it asks if i want to abort the application, when i click on the "yes" it still will not let me close the application. Since i cannot close the application, i cannot shut down my computer because it will not let me.

  • Please read through the FAQ completely before gathering the log files.
