Hi ivanp54989232,
What version of OS X on the system?
I'd like to get some log files from you to investigate further. Please see the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on the Macintosh? and provide all of the log files mentioned (install.log, FlashPlayerInstallManager.log, Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log). Please read through the instructions before doing anything so you don't have to repeat the process multiple times. For the Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log, please follow the instructions to enable verbose logging.
Also, please post a screenshot (How to post a screenshot in the forum) of the installer with the error message.
Thank you.
